Our Policies

Consultation and Procedure

  • Consultations come with the procedure. Feel free to text us if you have any questions before the procedure.
  • Initial procedure takes about 2 hours including short consultation, drawing, local anesthetic, procedure and finishing up with post-care instructions. If you have multiple procedures done at one time it takes more length of time. We have a waiting room where your friends or family can stay during the procedure, but only the person who getting the procedure done is allowed in the room.
  • Please READ Pre & Post care before you schedule your appointment, so you can schedule your appointment accordingly.
  • Final results cannot be determined until touch-up procedure healed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • We will give you a reminding text 3 days before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment as soon as possible with texting us back and we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know that I got your response. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled if we don’t receive any response from you after we try texting or calling a few times more.
  • We kindly ask you to give us a call or text 72 hours in advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please make sure you get a reply from us!! If we don’t respond please try to contact us again.
  • If you are rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment an additional $30 is charged for rescheduling before we can make schedule your next appointment.

Late arrival

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it would be the best to reschedule to be courteous to the clients after you. To reschedule your procedure 50% of the procedure fee (the procedure you were scheduled for) charged for deposit.

No Shows

  • If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment without notification an additional $50 fee will be added to your next appointment if you want to reschedule.
  • Beauty Sketch LLC has no refund policy.
  • We accept cash and all major credit cards.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYBODY, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON.
